Frequently asked questions
Short answers about comparing offers on NoBadSeat. For a specific order, contact the ticket provider on your confirmation — only they can see that purchase.
What is NoBadSeat?
NoBadSeat lists upcoming events and the ticket offers we can find for them, so you can compare sellers in one place. Most events come from the SeatGeek catalog. When we can match the same show on Ticketmaster, that offer appears beside it.
Do you sell tickets?
No. NoBadSeat never takes payment, holds inventory, or issues tickets. Checkout always happens on the ticket provider.
How do I buy?
Open an event, compare the offers, and choose Buy on provider. You leave this site and finish the order on the seller’s site. Their confirmation is your order.
Why do I sometimes see only one seller?
A second provider appears only when we match the same show. Many events are listed from SeatGeek alone.
Is the price on NoBadSeat the final price?
It is the price we were given. “Fees included” means that amount already includes the fees we know about. A separate fee line is added on top. “Estimated” means you should confirm the total on the seller’s checkout page. If we have no number, the listing says tickets are available from the provider and the price is on their site.
What does “from $X via providers” mean?
That is the lowest listed price we have for the event. It is not a guarantee that every seat, or the seat you want, is available at that amount.
Who delivers the tickets?
The seller you buy from. The offer row shows the delivery method when we have it, such as mobile transfer. The seller’s checkout page is where you confirm how and when the tickets arrive.
What if the event is postponed or canceled?
The provider you paid handles postponements, cancellations, and refunds under their terms. NoBadSeat cannot refund or reissue an order. Watch for a message from that seller.
Can I save an event?
Sign in from the Account page to open Favorites. Ticket purchases still happen on the provider.
Are you the box office?
No. NoBadSeat is an independent comparison site. We are not the venue, team, league, or performer, and buying here does not create an account with them.
More on how a purchase works is on the tickets page.
