How tickets work

Compare here. Buy on the seller.

NoBadSeat is a comparison site. We list upcoming events and the ticket offers we can match. The purchase always happens on the ticket provider — never on NoBadSeat.

  1. 1

    Find a show

Browse concerts, sports, comedy, and theater, or search by artist, team, or city. Most listings come from the SeatGeek catalog. When the same event is also on Ticketmaster, both sellers appear on the event page.

  2. 2

    Compare the offer

Each row shows the seller, section and row when we have them, ticket type, delivery method, and the price we were given. Sort by recommended, lowest price, or best value, or filter to one provider.

  3. 3

    Buy on the provider

Choose Buy on provider. You leave NoBadSeat and finish checkout on that seller’s site. We do not take payment, hold the seats, or send the tickets.

How to read a price

  • Fees included means the amount already includes the fees we know about.
  • A separate fee line means those fees sit on top of the listed price.
  • Estimated means the number is not a confirmed all-in total. Confirm it on the seller’s checkout page.
  • If we do not have a price, the row says tickets are available from the provider. The price is on their site.

After you leave NoBadSeat

Delivery, mobile transfer, entry, postponements, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the seller you paid. The terms shown at their checkout are the ones that apply. NoBadSeat cannot change, transfer, or refund an order.

We are not the box office, and we are not the team, venue, or performer. A “from” price on a listing is the lowest figure we have from providers, not a promise that every seat is available at that amount.
